THE YOUTH CELEBRATION OF THE KING'S CORONATION, 2023
I led a national Marketing & PR campaign to promote the youth celebration of the 2023 King’s Coronation – a nationwide event in collaboration with Arts Council England, which saw thousands of young musicians performing at bandstands and parks across the UK.

MUSIC FOR YOUTH PROMS AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL, LONDON
I oversaw Marketing, PR and branding to promote the Youth Proms at the Royal Albert Hall.

The 2023 Proms centred on a nationwide #ThankYourMusicTeacher campaign to celebrate inspiring music teachers and highlight how music brings us all together.
We worked with ambassadors, media partners including The Times newspaper, brands and sponsors to help amplify the campaign. A national call-out saw hundreds of Thank You notes from musicians young and old, famous and emerging, dedicated to their own inspiring music teachers. Some of the Thank You messages can be seen here

Pre-event news coverage included a PR stunt at Waterloo station with young musicians performing and entertaining commuters which BBC London News covered the week prior to the Proms. Other notable coverage included an interview with Evan Davies on BBC Radio 4, a full page article by Richard Morrison in The Times, and features in First News newspaper.

At the event, we sold a printed souvenir programme, T-shirts, photos, DVDs and digital downloads.

PAN AM MIPCOM EVENT BRANDING
Branding, signage and merchandise product development for a B2B PR stunt at MIPCOM TV market in Cannes to promote the Pan Am drama series to international TV buyers.
​
Most TV buyers arrived at the international event into Nice airport so we took over a section of the arrivals area at the airport where all passengers passed through.
​
We displayed the iconic Pan Am logo at the front of the check-in reception desks, displayed the TV promo on a loop on the screens above the desks and we had models dressed as stewardesses carrying Pan Am cabin bags who helped to bring the stunt to life.
​
The event was great fun to be part of and it certainly did the job of becoming the talking point of the TV festival!
